Who He Helps

Shawn works as a Client Service Associate at CJM Wealth Advisers, focused on keeping the operational side of client relationships accurate and on time. 

Shawn’s Story

Shawn spent 13 years in the home mortgage industry with Wells Fargo before moving into financial services, drawn to work that touches people’s lives directly. One complex account transfer stuck with him and showed him how much clients and advisers depend on operations running accurately and on time. That’s when he knew he wanted to be the one creating that stability behind the scenes.

His Approach

Shawn believes strongly in operational precision with a service mindset. He communicates updates before clients have to ask and resolves issues quickly and calmly, treating the trust clients place in the operational side of the business as something worth taking seriously.

Outside of Work

Shawn’s the dad on the sideline for his 14-year-old daughter’s gymnastics, basketball, and flag football, and he coaches girls’ flag football and basketball himself. He’s also got a 3-year-old son with what he calls a wild streak, and gets his own downtime fishing.
