Who Olivia Helps

Olivia supports our internal team with operations and strategic planning, keeping systems, timelines, and details running smoothly and to ensure a best-in-class client experience. 

Olivia’s Story

Olivia’s career started in long-term care, splitting her time between operational strategy and sitting with residents and their families through hard seasons. She saw firsthand how much a person’s finances shaped their quality of life, and how overwhelming those conversations can feel without empathy. That’s what pulled her into financial services.

For the past three years, Olivia has worked in wealth management operations, overseeing the people, systems, and strategic planning that keep a firm running, along with the regulatory work that keeps it all in compliance.  

Her Approach

She believes a great client experience starts long before anyone sits down for a meeting, built through solid systems, small personal touches, and being upfront about how things work.

Outside of Work

Olivia’s a self-described hobby collector, splitting her time between pickleball, pottery, chess, and a new attempt at golf and tennis. She’s still settling into Northern Virginia after a recent move, but back home she served on the board of Women for Madison and chaired the finance committee for the Valley Program for Aging Services.
